Located in the heart of the Saronic Gulf, near the island Poros<\/a> i Agistri<\/a>, the island of Aegina in Greece is one of the most popular islands for a quick getaway from Athens, thanks to its proximity to Athens! As for the beaches, although there are not many of them, they are temptingly beautiful! Most of them are small but organized with lots of content! The best are Souvala Beach, Agia Marina Beach and Marathon Beach. Around most of these beaches you will find a large selection of hotels, seaside taverns and beach bars.
